Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 19, 2026
This policy explains how Vibrant Infrastructure ("Vibrant," "we," "us") handles information in connection with vibrantinfrastructure.com, including visits arriving through vibrantci.com and vibrantdc.com, which redirect here (together, the "Site"). Questions about this policy can be sent to contact@vibrantci.com.
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect what you submit: your name, email address, company (optional), the reason for your inquiry, and your message. We do not offer accounts and do not ask for anything else.
When the Site is visited, our infrastructure provider automatically processes limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use this information only to operate the Site, prevent spam and abuse, and maintain security.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies, and it loads no third party trackers. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from bots; Turnstile may set a functional cookie strictly for that verification. That is the extent of it.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential partnerships and employment interest, keep records of our correspondence, and protect the Site. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not send marketing email.
Service providers
A small number of providers process information on our behalf: Cloudflare (Site hosting, security, form storage, and bot verification), Resend (delivery of form notifications to our inbox), and Google Workspace (our email). Each processes information only to provide its service to us.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry submissions for as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to access or delete an inquiry you submitted by emailing contact@vibrantci.com, and we will honor the request unless we are required to keep the information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights regarding personal information, including rights of access, correction, and deletion. Requests can be made at the email above and will not affect how we treat you.
Children
The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Security and location
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information is processed in the United States.
Changes
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
